My investment journey has taken me across Georgia and into Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee. With 20 years of experience in residential investment and property management, I have honed my skills in research, acquisition, renovation, and maintenance at every stage of the process.

I specialize in guiding investors through every step of the real estate process, from the initial purchase to selling for significant profits or building long-term cash flow through rentals. My expertise encompasses single-family homes, multifamily properties, self-storage facilities, and now represented two very happy church congregations.

As a creative investor, I have leveraged various strategies—including lease options, owner financing, subject-to deals, and bank-financed acquisitions—all of which often required extensive renovations. Collaborating with Tucker Capital Group, I’ve become adept at flipping houses and maximizing returns for my clients.
