We took a long time to find the house we wanted, and Allen never pressured us into buying a house quickly or buying a less than perfect home. His priority was always finding us the perfect home, not just making a quick commission. Incredibly responsive, always had answers to any questions that we had, and knows many contractors in the area who we will be using going forward for future projects on the house. Allen Seigler... just wow! As I ponder what to include in this review, I truly am at a loss of words to describe how amazing and kind Allen is. He genuinely cares for you as a person, not just a client. I bumped into Allen at a Publix on Super Bowl Sunday this year (both getting some wings), and there began the conversation of the home buying process for my wife and I. Throughout this process, Allen went above and beyond in everything. We were first time home buyers at the time and knew very little about the process, but Allen took multiple hours to sit down with us and explain how this process works, and answer all of our questions. He always had our BEST interests in mind, doing everything in his power to help us find the best first home for us. Allen was an assuring and calming presence for my wife and I when things got a bit stressful. I can write out and say that my wife and I have our dream first home and a huge part of this is because of Allen getting the job done. He is TOP NOTCH and is on your side. I was not planning on buying a house any time soon. But my husband experienced a very bad case of Corona virus. He ended up on oxygen and has to use a walker. We were living in our motor home and we knew that he would not be able to come back to it. So I was introduced to Allen to help me find a house quickly. We looked at several and found one that I loved. The floor plan was perfect. When Allen called about it, it was already under contract. He then called the builder. He asked if he had any other houses with the same floor plan available. Yeah! They did and it is now ours! Allen helped from finding our house, helping with the inspection and closing. This is our sixth home. We had different agents for all. Allen, by far, is the best one we’ve ever dealt with. He is first in his belief and that’s what makes him the right person to use either selling your house or buying one! He worked hard for us and others.

Allen is a gem of a human being! My fiancé and I used him to help buy our first home this summer. Ethan was a HUGE help to me, I was in a situation on a foreclosure purchase where my lender was extremely difficult with a short time frame to closing and the lender was moving like a turtle. Ethan worked with me daily, stayed after the lender, personally talked to my insurance agent and everyone involved in the process. He saved me as my earnest money deposit was substantial! We went to the wire on closing day and closed at the last possible moment and it would not have happened if Ethan had not been there for me. I highly recommmend Ethan as your personal representative. He is very knowledgeable about the Athens and Oconee Cty markets, understands the process from start to finish and you can count on him if your situation gets difficult.
